The visitor's center has information about the area and a small gift shop featuring consignment art pieces for sale from regional artists.
To rent the Train Depot please come into Town Hall between the hours of 8 am to 5 pm Monday thru Friday and fill out an application (rental is given on a first come first serve basis).
Cost: $100.00 deposit + $200.00 rental fee (per day) = $300.00 total
Deposit will be refunded in 7 to 10 business days providing the Depot is cleaned to specifications (cleaning guidelines are attached to the application).
Must be 21 or Older to rent the Depot and please make sure you bring a valid drivers license.
Rental is for the Freight Room only. The maximum occupancy is 100 people with chairs and 75 with tables and chairs (parking may be limited)
**Note** Cancellations must be made in writing 1 (one) month prior to your event date. Failure to do so will result in forfeit of deposit refund.
