Chief Chad Caldwell
Chief Caldwell is a South Carolina native and has the proud distinction of being born right here in Moncks Corner. His law enforcement career spans 35 years. He was a Lieutenant with SLED for 18 years. He was hired at the North Charleston Police Department where he rose to the rank of Chief of Police. He has been a Chief of Police almost 15 years. His background includes every aspect of the criminal justice system.

Lieutenant Michael Roach
Lt. Michael A. Roach grew up in Mt. Pleasant, SC and came to the Moncks Corner Police Department in 1989, after serving in the U. S. Army, stationed at Fort Ord, CA. Lt Roach holds a B. A. in Criminal Justice from Charleston Southern University and served Moncks Corner as a coach of softball and football and is the current Board Chair of People Against Rape. Lt. Roach is also the current president of Chapter 264 of Star Touring and Riding with whom he contributes to Feed the Children and other charitable causes. Lt. Roach has risen through the ranks serving as Uniformed Patrol Division Commander and is currently assigned as Investigations Commander which includes School Resource Officers, Narcotics and Detectives.

The Moncks Corner Police Department is divided into two divisions. One is Uniform Patrol and the other is Criminal Investigations.
Police Officers are AVAILABLE 24 HOURS A Day.
Police Administrative Hours of Operation are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday-Friday
Incident Reports: $5.00 each unless you are a victim and then there is no charge.
Accident Reports: $5.00 each
Civilian Fingerprint: $5.00 each for Moncks Corner residents.
$8.00 each for non residents.
