Glenn is responsible for all operations for the Planning and Development Department including the preparation, updating, and administration of the Moncks Corner Comprehensive Plan, the Zoning Ordinance, and the Land Development Regulations.  He is also responsible for directing enforcement of Environmental and Appearance Codes and the tree Preservation Ordinance.  Glenn serves as advisor to the Planning Commission, the Board of Zoning Appeals, and to Town Council on matters dealing with the physical development of the Town.

Peggy is responsible for coordinating the flow of applications and permits for zoning and subdivision changes within the department and between different departments and outside organizations.  She publishes and distributes staff reports to Town Council, the Planning Commission, and the Board of Zoning Appeals, and is responsible that all legal requirements concerning annexations, re-zonings, and subdivision approval are met.

Kenny has the responsibility for enforcing all appearance, preservation, nuisance, and environment codes and the International Building Maintenance Code.  He works closely with the Building Official and Fire Marshal in identifying hazardous or dangerous structural conditions and residences that are unfit for human habitation.
