LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS

Land development is the changing of land characteristics through redevelopment, construction, subdivision into parcels for residential, condominium complexes, apartments, commercial parks, shopping centers, industrial parks and similar developments for sale or lease.  Section 6-29-1110.  Land development regulations provide for the harmonious development of the community, coordination of streets, reservation of land and easements for streets, schools, recreation and utilities.
