What is my property zoned?

Please click on Zoning Map at this site and look for your property.  Another way of looking up the zoning is to click on the Berkeley County GIS, find your property by TMS number or by street address on one of the maps.  Click on Moncks Corner Zoning, and the zone district will be displayed on your property.  Still another way is to call (843) 719-7913 and ask Glenn Batten to find the information.

What are my Setbacks?

Setbacks depend on the zone district in which the property is located.  Click on Zoning Ordinance in the column to the left and look for Article 6, Table2.  Should you have any difficulty, please call Glenn Batten at (843) 719-7913.

Does the Town have a Tree Ordinance?

Yes. Please refer to article 3 of The Town of Moncks Corner Code of Ordinances.

Does the Town have a Sign Ordinance?
