PLANNER POSITION

 

 The Town of Moncks Corner, S.C., pop. 7,000, is seeking a Town Planner/Zoning Administrator.  The position is responsible for all planning, residential/commercial development review, and zoning administration for the Town.  Bachelor’s degree in planning or public administration and a minimum of two years experience in local government planning.  Master’s Degree candidates with no experience will also be considered.  Beginning salary for qualified applicants $50,000.  Applicants should mail or deliver resumes, salary history, and three references to Mayor William W. ADMINISTRATIVE JUDGE POSITION

The Town of Moncks Corner is accepting resumes for the position of Part Time Administrative Judge. Associate’s Degree plus six to nine years of relevant criminal law and legal/court procedures experience; or any equivalent combination education, training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.  Prefer someone who has training and a background in the Court system, especially experience in handling cases.  Must possess a valid S.C. driver’s license. Must have Board of Magistrate and Municipal Judge Certification within one year of appointment.   Salary Grade E-25.  Subject to a background check.  The Town of Moncks Corner is a drug free workplace.  http://townofmonckscorner.sc.gov .
